Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data. Like most websites, we automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and the pages you view.

Our website offers interactive demonstrations of AI-powered voice agents. When you participate in a demo:

• The call may be recorded and transcribed so the AI agent can understand and respond to you, and so we can operate and improve the demonstration.
• Calls are placed and handled through our telephony provider, which processes the audio and related metadata on our behalf.
• Because these are demonstrations, please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial account numbers, health information, or government identifiers) during a demo call.

By starting a demo call, you consent to the recording and transcription described here. If you do not consent, please do not use the voice demonstration features.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example, hosting and database infrastructure, telephony and voice processing, scheduling, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NovaBrains, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your direction. We share information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.

Our site relies on third-party services (for example, our scheduling, telephony, hosting, and email providers) and may contain links to third-party websites, including our separate Academy platform. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — including to provide our services, respond to inquiries, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
