No. You don't have to sign anything, buy anything, or return anything. There's no catch waiting at the end. It's a gift from our team to small businesses in our home state, and you're free to walk away at any point.
Any small business based in North Carolina. We're in Raleigh, so we love hearing from our neighbors, but Charlotte, Durham, Wilmington, Asheville, and every town in between are all welcome. Any industry, any size, brand new or decades old.
Anything we do. On the technical side that's websites, internal systems and tools, chatbots, and AI voice agents. On the creative side it's keychains, stickers, menu stands, displays, printed menus, business cards, QR codes, token-based loyalty programs, and even personalized games for your shop. If you're not sure what would help most, tell us about your business and we'll suggest something.

Yes, you can. We give first-time applicants priority so that as many businesses as possible get a turn, which means a second application has a slightly lower chance. But it's never zero, so go ahead and apply.
