For the white corrugated tuck-top mailers sold flat by the hundred (the 150 × 100 × 40 mm kind, or any size you type in). Tick the panels you want, the lid, the front, the left and right sides or the back, and type a title and a message; each panel becomes its own guide in the one file with its own words; your logo, uploaded as a picture, goes above them. Nothing is cut: the panel's outline is only a guide for where the box lies on the bed, and the laser engraves the white liner a warm brown. The flat blank is bigger than a small bed, so fold the rest of the box under along its creases and lay the chosen panel flat on top. Run the power test on a spare first: cardboard scorches fast.
Engraved for real on the WIFTREY white mailers with an xTool M2 (10 W diode): 50% power at 120 mm/s and 100 lines per cm reads a clean, even brown, and that is what the file opens at. Earlier burns at 18% / 250 and 40% / 140 were too light. Another laser or another box may differ: burn the power test on a flap first.

The first line is engraved big as the title, any lines after it smaller as the message. Leave it empty for the logo on its own.
Logo
Your logo
A PNG, JPEG or SVG rendered as a picture: black on white or on a transparent background works best. It is engraved in greyscale, so soft tones burn lighter.
Lettering
Grows every letter's strokes by this much all round, so small or thin lettering gets heavier (counters close up a little). With the scored fill, a boost of 0.3 to 0.5 mm gives the diagonal lines room on message-sized text.

Measure it with calipers. Sheets sold as 3 mm are often 2.7 to 3.2.
How much the beam burns away. Higher makes joints tighter. 0.10 to 0.20 suits most diode lasers.
