Seven standing channels, Monday to Sunday, and a bag of little wooden tokens with your habits engraved on them. Each day you drop the tokens you earned into that day's channel; they stack face-out behind a window, with the day's name under it, so a good week shows as a full board. At the end of the week you turn it over, the tokens fall out of the top, and you start again. The stand leans back a little, like a screen, and the tokens you haven't earned yet wait in a tray in front of it. Type your habits, one per line, and how many tokens you want of each; the stand sizes itself to them. Everything presses together without glue.
Cut and assembled on an xTool M2: the plates press into the angled cheek slots, the stand leans back on its tray, and the tokens drop down the channels and stack face out behind the windows.
One per line, as it should read on the token. Each habit gets a token for every day of the week unless you say how many: "Read x5" makes five. Up to twelve habits; the channels grow taller with more.
Engraved on the band above the channels: a name makes it theirs. Leave it empty for none.

Lettering
How it's burnt
How far apart the diagonal lines are on big lettering. Closer is darker and slower; 1 mm reads as clear stripes, 0.6 mm as a tone. Small lettering gets somewhat closer lines so no letter is crossed by a lone line, but never closer than about half this, so the stripes stay visible instead of merging into an engrave.
Across the channel. 26 mm takes a short word in a readable size; go wider for longer names.
Up the channel: the tokens are wide, low tiles, so a day's stack stays short. 13 mm fits one line of lettering; a stack of five is about 67 mm.
How tall the channels are: at least this many tokens, or one of every habit when you have more habits than this.
How much wider each channel is than a token, so they drop freely. More if they catch; less if they lean.
The channel is this much deeper than the material is thick, so a token slides down without rubbing on both plates. Measure the real thickness of the sheet the tokens come from.
For habits without their own count: seven is one for every day.
How far the stand leans back, like a screen. The side cheeks' slots are cut at this angle; 0 stands it upright.
The tray in front of the stand where the tokens you haven't earned yet live, from the stand's foot to the lip.
Measure it with calipers. Sheets sold as 3 mm are often 2.7 to 3.2.
How much the beam burns away. Higher makes joints tighter. 0.10 to 0.20 suits most diode lasers.
