A column of vertical fins forms the bat's body, pinches at the neck and swells into a round head that is open at the top. A tealight sits on a tray inside the head, so its light spills out between every fin. The wings are two of the fins grown outward, the ears two more grown upward, and the whole thing slides together onto three discs without glue. Choose the height, the fin count and the wingspan; a real tealight sits with its flame at the opening, an LED one anywhere.

Cut and assembled on an xTool M2: the fins slot into the discs and the candle sits in the head.
To the top of the head. The ears add a little more.
The head is about 20% wider, or as wide as the tealight needs.
More fins, narrower gaps, softer light. Two carry the wings and two the ears.
Tip to tip.
It drops in through the opening at the top and sits on the tray inside the head.
Measure it with calipers. Sheets sold as 3 mm are often 2.7 to 3.2.
How much the beam burns away. Higher makes joints tighter. 0.10 to 0.20 suits most diode lasers.
